Amazon Australia is growing at an exponential rate and is predicted to represent more than 25% of the country’s online retail sales by 2030*.

Who is Totalyty?

We’re a Sydney based Amazon eCommerce agency partnering with businesses on both Amazon Vendor Central (1P, wholesale), and Amazon Seller Central (3P, direct to consumer) platforms.

Totalyty exists to optimise your Amazon business, maximise channel sales growth and expand your business across international markets.

Meet the Founders.

Hey there! My name is Warren Coxall, co-founder of Totalyty, an eCommerce agency based in Sydney. I live with my partner Jo and our two energetic toddlers, Sienna and Finn, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

My Amazon journey began back in 2016 when I started selling products as part of the private seller community. I eventually transitioned into white-label products sourced from China for sale on Amazon USA. It was through these experiences that I saw firsthand the impact of highly curated and optimised product listings to drive sales, often against some of the better-known brands.

This inspired me to start Totalyty, where I could use my experience to help other companies achieve their full potential on Amazon. At Totalyty, we provide custom solutions tailored to our clients’ needs to help them succeed on the world’s largest online marketplace.

When I’m not working at Totalyty, you can find me enjoying the beautiful beaches with my family, cycling, or trying out some of Sydney’s best espresso martinis!

Hi there, I’m Jo Coxall, co-founder of Totalyty – the dynamic eCommerce agency that helps businesses drive sales growth on Amazon. Before joining Warren at Totalyty, I spent ten years working across various roles within the HR function at Macquarie Bank. My passion for providing personalized solutions and delivering top-quality service led me to join Warren in continuing to grow Totalyty, a company dedicated to helping clients succeed on Amazon.

Together, we have worked tirelessly to provide customized solutions to businesses, optimizing their presence on Amazon and driving sales. We are proud of the success we have helped our clients achieve through our guidance and expertise.

Outside of work, as a mother of two energetic toddlers, I spend much of my free time wrangling my little ones. I am also passionate about fitness and wellbeing, always looking for new ways to grow both personally and professionally. 

Additionally, I am proud to be the founder of BlackoutMyBlinds – a product that eliminates light leakage from existing roller blinds. Overall, I strive to find balance in all aspects of my life, whether it’s helping clients achieve success on Amazon or spending quality time with my family and pursuing my personal interests.

For most products, even the best SEO refinement is unlikely to see your products list on page 1 organically.  Investing in sponsored advertising and promotional activities will be a key to improving product rank, discoverability and conversion….and that means sales.  Of course it’s all margin dependent, but we recommend investing at least 10% of sales as an ongoing baseline in PPC.  For new product and store launches, you’ll want to go harder and invest more to improve your rank early on. 

Amazon Store

An Amazon store is a branded destination on Amazon to feature curated content that inspires, educates, and helps shoppers discover your products.  We will work with you and your team to build a store that reflects your brand and showcases your full catalogue of products.  Share your Amazon store URL on social media and embed it on high traffic and relevant external websites to drive traffic and accelerate sales.

A+ Content

A+ Content brings your brand alive on individual product pages.  It’s the section of each listing that allows you to tell your story and showcase other products within your catalogue.  Once you’re locked into Amazon’s Brand Registry program, you can unlock the power of brand ownership on the platform.  We will work with you and your marketing team to create best-in-class A+ Content; another winning tool to optimise your listing for sales success.

Product Imagery

Amazon is a visual platform, so top notch product photography is one of the most  important elements in driving sales conversion.  We work with you to understand and follow Amazon’s best practice guidelines and take it a step further by creating the right balance of studio, lifestyle and informative shots to outplay your competition.  Product Videos are fast becoming the new normal on the Amazon platform and another strategy to consider to drive sales.  

Use your own product photographer and videographer, or we’ll leverage our own network of creative Amazon experts.   

Listing Optimisation (SEO)

If your products aren’t featured on the first page of Amazon search results, you’re unlikely to be ecstatic about your current sales performance. Understanding and optimising product listings towards Amazon’s search algorithm is the key to accelerating the organic discoverability of your products.
